I am a musician and have been playing the drums since the age of twelve. I played for my high school and college drumline and jazz band.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
I’ve always wanted to help other people in life, the challenge was figuring out how. I started getting into exercise during my senior year of high school. As soon as I saw what my time in the gym was helping me with, I immediately had the determination to show others how much the gym could help them. Being a resource to help other people better their health and truly show them how capable and strong they are is awesome!
