Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from West Chester University. Through effective fitness sessions, he helps his clients feel powerful beyond measure.

Along with individualized training, Michael enjoys Small Group Training where camaraderie mixes with personalized attention. He specializes in sport performance training, helping athletes excel in their sport by targeting the most relevant skills.
