I am also a lifelong equestrian who currently rides dressage and grew up with experience in the equitation and hunter disciplines. I enjoy teaching riders how to improve their seat, body awareness, and control to enhance their connections with their equines and improve their fitness and wellness!

Why did you go into Personal Training?
After experiencing my struggle with walking into the weight room for the first time and trying to become comfortable doing so, I realized that I could combine that with my passion for helping people with something health-related. Throughout my journey, which began at about 14 years of age, I have undergone several phases, fads, and self-experimentation. This motivated me to help others navigate the tricky, misleading information surrounding the fitness industry. I knew that I wanted to try my best to be the person that introduces the positive benefits of movement to people’s lives while being sensitive to the fact that this journey can be daunting at times. Because I have experienced gym anxiety and wasted time on programs that did not give me the desired results, I understand firsthand how frustrating these situations can be. I am overjoyed to help steer my clients in the right direction, whatever that direction may be for them!
