Maggie has been an excellent Personal Trainer and an incredibly positive influence on my fitness journey. Now that I am officially a card-carrying member of AARP 😉, I have a renewed appreciation for how important my health is and realized it was time to make it a real priority. As part of my 2026 New Year’s resolution, I joined Mainline Health & Fitness. While joining the club was an important first step, I knew it would not be a quick fix. I know myself, and, more importantly, I knew I needed someone who could help keep me accountable and motivated to exercise regularly. Linking up with Maggie has truly been the secret sauce. She keeps my workouts fresh and engaging by incorporating new routines and exercises, knows exactly how to challenge me without pushing me beyond my limits, and motivates me every step of the way. After several months of training, I genuinely look forward to our sessions because I can see meaningful improvements in my strength, endurance, and stamina. While I am the one putting in the work, Maggie has been my trusted guide, coach, and encourager throughout the process. I would not have achieved these positive results on my own, and I am truly grateful for her support, energy, and encouragement.
