I have been training with Maggie for about six months. My goal was to feel more comfortable using heavier weights during classes. Maggie has introduced me to weight machines that I wouldn’t have tried on my own. Each week, she challenges me to increase weight or reps. Now I feel stronger, look better, and feel empowered to use heavier weights on my own. I look forward to continuing my training journey with Maggie.
