Through a martial arts foundation, Sean achieved the long-awaited fitness goals that previously eluded him throughout his teens. As vice president of the University of Pittsburgh Judo club, Sean helped his fellow students by leading practices, coaching club members at tournaments, and instructing seminars. He was able to achieve the fitness level of his dreams, thanks to mentorship and training from his coach. His proficiency expanded to include kickboxing and powerlifting.
Today, Sean helps Center members experience the satisfaction of obtaining their fitness aspirations. He enjoys helping each client unlock his/her potential.

In eight weeks: I lost 16 pounds, lost an inch in collar size, my elastic-waist pants are too big, I need a belt to hold up my jeans, and I can button a favorite sport coat again! Sean is a dynamic trainer. His background in the sciences gives him the advantage of in-depth knowledge. He is competent in his demonstrations, thorough in his explanations, present and aware in his observations, and truly interested in my progress and welfare. Between his training and nutritional advice, I am well ahead of where I thought I would be. I thought fitness would be a chore. However, it is something I look forward to because of Sean’s interest in helping me reach my goals. He truly cares about his clients, which is a huge motivational factor.
