Art specializes in helping his clients achieve and maintain a healthy weight and regaining proper movement abilities. His workouts focus on corrective movement, free weight, and bodyweight training to increase strength, mobility, endurance, and functionality.
Art grew up as a swimmer and soccer player most of his childhood and teen years.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
Art finds exercise has worked its way into his everyday lifestyle. He enjoys helping others find what exercise modalities they enjoy for longevity and adherence to a program and pushing them to their next level.
Art’s Success Stories
I have been a member of the Center since it opened. After working out for a while, my fitness program became dull, and the results were stalled. I decided to sign up with a Personal Trainer to learn about the various equipment and strengthening exercises. My goals were simple: become more physically stable and stronger. I was lucky to team up with ART! Once we started working out together, Art was patient and explained the workout so I could feel the difference in the various muscles working. In the beginning, we started slow, and within a few months, the results were phenomenal! I became physically stronger, more stable, not to mention a few pounds lighter. After a while, I developed positive habits and gained enough knowledge to safely and effectively start exercising more independently. Working out with Art has helped me stay focused on my physical and mental health.
I started working with Art about four years ago after physical therapy for a neck and shoulder issue. I switched from another trainer as Art’s background helped me adhere to a post-rehab program. I continued to work with Art, with Zoom sessions during the pandemic, as he genuinely cares and is effective at helping his clients with their overall fitness and wellness.
