Mike is one of the best and most upbeat trainers I have ever experienced! I am 59 years old, and he pushes me to my limits, which I desire for my training sessions. He is always mannerly and extremely easy to get along with. I work out with Mike 2 times a week, and our workouts are over the top! His knowledge about anatomy is exceptionally welcoming. His expertise is what keeps me coming for more, knowing I am working my body to its limits, without jeopardizing myself to an injury. He is never in a rush, and I never feel like we are on a time clock. Most of all, his ultra-positive view on training is what feeds my desire to work out with him even more in the future!
