I hired Mike as my Personal Trainer and am very happy I did. Mike and I have similar fitness goals and energy levels. I knew he would be someone to keep me motivated. Mike came up with a very structured workout routine, which I feel I benefited from. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he helps people understand the motions, instead of saying, lift this. I’ve been having shoulder pain after benching, and Mike made it a point to help me out when he saw I was hurting. He showed me many stretching techniques that helped immensely. After several days, he also followed up with me to make sure I was ok. Mike is very knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness. I highly recommend him!
