Outside of the gym, I embrace a holistic wellness lifestyle through cooking nourishing meals, baking sourdough bread, lifting weights, yoga, outdoor walks, sauna, sound healing practices, reading, making tie-dye, and enjoying music and concerts. I believe wellness should feel empowering, balanced, and enjoyable.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I got into training because I’m passionate about helping people build confidence in themselves through strength—both physically and mentally. Fitness changed how I feel in my own body and life, and I wanted to help others experience that same shift in a realistic, sustainable way.
