I have been training with Gina for over two years. That in itself says something; she has helped me in so many ways. Of course, physically I am more fit overall. I am also healthier as my posture is better, my knowledge of how to maintain my physical fitness is better, and I understand my limitations. Gina has always been considerate during each session and makes adjustments as needed. I can honestly say my health and well-being are much better since I started working with her, and I am fortunate to have her as my trainer and health advocate. I highly recommend training with Gina.
