I have been working out with Gina since the Center opened. Gina challenges me to try new exercises using various pieces of equipment, things I would not do on my own without Gina’s encouragement. She has worked with me to build strength and endurance. The time I work out with Gina goes quickly because she keeps the exercises interesting and challenging! Gina monitors my progress both with my exercise program as well as what I am eating, helping me to make healthier choices!
