I started strength training with Gina as a way to prevent running injuries. I have progressed with the coaching and encouragement of Gina from lifting for running to lifting for the sheer joy of it. I love feeling strong, confident and capable and now love strength training as much as I love running. I know when I show up to work with Gina that she is going to push me to grow, often beyond the comfort zone where I would go alone, but not to injury. Her workouts are the favorite part of my week!
