Why did you go into Personal Training?
Exercise has always been a part of my life, but my parents’ health challenges inspired me to focus on it more. As my siblings and I embraced our caregiver roles, the experience was both demanding and transformative. I realized that to support my family, I needed to prioritize my own physical and mental well-being. I hired a Personal Trainer, who became an invaluable source of guidance and support, helping me stay strong and balanced during a challenging time. I love working with my clients to develop a routine that supports their fitness goals. Along the way, I help them build good habits that allow them to overcome obstacles on their fitness journey to success.
Dana’s Success Stories
Pat W.
Dana re-taught me how to use fitness equipment safely and effectively—adjusting settings, improving alignment, and pacing my workouts. She also introduced me to new tools like TRX and the Skill Mill, which made training both fun and challenging. I started out worried I couldn’t keep up, but Dana let me move at my own pace while keeping me safe and motivated. After 16 sessions, I’ve learned so much and highly recommend her as a trainer.
