Fun Fact:
I was a professional snowboarder, nationally-ranked rower, and nationally-ranked soccer player in high school.
I owned a gym focused on sports-specific training and rehabilitation.
I had a knee replacement at age 43 and was snowboarding, jumping, and doing it all one year later. My goal is to give back people’s lives. Just because we are older doesn’t mean it’s over.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
Sports and athletics were and have always been my life. From being so active, I had Injury after injury, taking me away from what I love. After my third knee surgery at age 26, I decided I had enough and dedicated the rest of my life to learning, growing, and studying the science of the body to take back not just my life and my dreams but those of so many others.
