Fun Fact:
I am a published poet and short story writer.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I have always had a love of fitness and nutritional wellness. After experiencing a major health setback, I needed help getting back to my prior fitness and strength levels for the first time in my life. I know what it is like to struggle up a flight of stairs or get winded after a short walk. Now that I am back—stronger than before—it is my passion to help others achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
Exercise can do many things for people: prevent disease, make daily tasks easier with fewer aches and pains, serve as therapy, boost mood, enhance stamina, improve sleep, balance hormones, support more efficient movement, increase strength, and build confidence. I want to help people experience all of these life-changing benefits and enjoy independent lives for as long as possible. My dream is to be the old lady mowing her lawn at 100!
