Fun Fact:
One of my favorite quotes: “You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to show up.”
That simple mindset can be a game-changer, a powerful reminder that consistency and effort matter more than perfection.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
After retiring from the military, I faced one of the toughest chapters of my life. Fitness, especially boxing and strength training, helped me rebuild my body and mindset. Kelly’s Success Stories
Martha G.
Kelly offered a two-session “demo” on boxing that I attended. The demo was fun, so I signed up for training sessions. I certainly learned there was more to boxing than what I’d seen in movies. I appreciated the “pacing” of my sessions, as they were different from that of the member(s) in the sessions immediately before mine… (likely due to the 30-plus years’ age difference!). I learned that boxing is an excellent combination of concentration and movement. Kelly is a kind instructor who really wants to share his love for boxing with others. Overall, I’d give my course a 100% A+
20% challenge of learning something new, 20% great exercise, and 60% fun! Thanks, Kelly!
