Why did you go into Personal Training:
Growing up, I never played sports. My first real introduction to fitness was through Group Fitness classes. I loved the community the gym provided and at age 16, I began teaching my own Group Fitness classes. Spending so much time at the gym showed me how much of a difference exercise can make in people’s lives. I started Personal Training to make exercise accessible to everyone, regardless of age or ability level. I want to help people learn to enjoy exercise, whether that is through strength training, yoga, or even rock climbing. My motto is to find the type of physical activity you truly enjoy; otherwise, you won’t keep doing it!
