Fun Fact:
I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I have a 3 & 1/2-year-old Black Lab named Beans, and I’m one of six kids.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I grew up as a multi-sport athlete (swimming, football, baseball, wrestling, lacrosse, and golf), but I didn’t really begin my own Personal Training/fitness journey until I was in my mid-20s. It’s been an amazing lifestyle change, and I want to be able to help others achieve their own personal fitness goals in order to live healthier, more active lives. I’ve also endured my fair share of sports-related injuries over the years (shoulder, elbow, both knees) and have seen the benefits Personal Training has had on my recovery time and future injury prevention. I’d love to help others have the same experience.
