I enjoy skiing, the National Parks, solving puzzles, and spending time with family and friends. I was a dancer for 14 years, with ballet as my main focus.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
Personal Training is like solving a puzzle, connecting all of the unique puzzle pieces needed in your fitness journey together to achieve a complete picture. No two puzzles are alike, requiring different pieces to complete a different picture. Not only do I enjoy puzzles, but I also find it rewarding to observe progress and to help individuals reach their goals.
