Why did you go into Personal Training?
Early in her fitness career, she learned how vital fitness was for a healthy body and mind. Strength training has helped her in many aspects of life, but one significant part was building confidence. Her main goal is to show her clients the knowledge they need to feel comfortable and confident in and out of the gym!
