I have been working with Gina since 2018. In all those years, I do not think we have ever done the same workout twice. She has been a never-ending source of education about how diet and exercise support the body’s health. We have celebrated my wins and increased strength, and worked through a recent fracture in my leg.

I would encourage both the new member and the. A more experienced member should consider training with Gina. Her knowledge and encouragement for overall health are invaluable.
