Alisanne’s Success Stories
I am a Division 1 women’s soccer athlete at High Point University. Before I started training with Alisanne, I wasn’t as fit or strong as I wanted to be. When I joined the Center and started to train with her, my entire athletic career improved. She made working out fun and enjoyable. Alisanne showed me how to properly lift weights. She increased my self-confidence. I was able to lift heavier weights, which helped me become stronger and faster. Working out became something I truly enjoy.
