As an older woman working full-time and running a business, I found it challenging to maintain a fitness and exercise schedule on my own. I joined the Center and signed up to receive Personal Training with Alisanne. Alisanne is very personable and quite knowledgeable about fitness and strength training. She also has a wealth of information about nutrition and a genuine concern about maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. She ensures I attend my sessions and continuously changes the workouts to keep them fun and challenging. I strongly recommend Personal Training as an essential component of a healthy lifestyle.
