Fun Fact:
Basketball is my favorite sport. I grew up playing basketball and still enjoy playing in my free time.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
From a very young age, I was always active. However, as I grew older, diet cultures and unrealistic body standards distorted my idea of “healthy.” Dieting and over-exercising became an unhealthy obsession. My initial pure intentions to be healthy ironically made me the unhealthiest I have ever been. After many years, I healed my relationship with food and ditched the diet culture. Then, I began to pursue the gym with a healthy mindset and took an interest in strength training. I gathered advice from others and spent a lot of time researching and reading books on strength and hypertrophy training. I learned how to properly fuel my body to build muscle and gain confidence. My ultimate goal is to help others find a love for fitness and confidence in their bodies.
Tori’s Success Stories
Kelly O.
Tori is an excellent trainer. She has helped me progress in my strength training in so many ways. There was a machine that I hated to use, but I knew was key to developing my quad strength. She showed me how to adjust the machine so the top part wouldn’t make me feel uncomfortable. Also, when I had a back strain, she showed me how to keep working my legs without putting pressure on my back. My back has since healed, and I didn’t lose any leg strength. Tori is patient, knowledgeable, and listens to exactly what you are trying to achieve. I would highly recommend her.

I started working with Tori in November 2024 because I wanted to incorporate whole-body strength training into my routine. As a mom of three active young girls, I not only wanted to keep up with them (without injury!), but also to model good self-care. I had just gone through a stressful move and needed a space to focus on myself—somewhere away from the chaos of renovations and moving boxes.
As a distance runner, I’d also heard that cross-training could help improve my performance, so I was excited to give it a try.
From our very first meeting, Tori made a great impression. She really listened, and together, we created clear, achievable goals. Each week, she builds a routine that helps me move toward those goals, with a balanced mix of upper- and lower-body strength work. She also provided a full-body routine I could do on my own between sessions.
Tori is friendly, flexible, and makes the workouts genuinely enjoyable. She’s thorough in explaining how to use the equipment and always makes sure I have proper form when learning something new. I’ve learned so much about weight training during our time together, and I feel stronger and more confident because of it.
I would highly recommend Tori as a Personal Trainer, especially if you’re a beginner and looking for someone knowledgeable, approachable, and encouraging!

Tori has been instrumental in developing a program to improve my fitness. Initially, I would have monthly checkpoints to gain knowledge and tailor my program. Tori is inspirational. When I signed up for weekly sessions, I really became motivated, and I feel improvement every week. I look forward to achieving my goals and developing a maintenance program.
