Tori has been instrumental in developing a program to improve my fitness. Initially, I would have monthly checkpoints to gain knowledge and tailor my program. Tori is inspirational. When I signed up for weekly sessions, I really became motivated, and I feel improvement every week. I look forward to achieving my goals and developing a maintenance program.
