Sean is uniquely qualified to help people with chronic medical conditions and other considerations such as chronic pain and disability safely and efficiently utilize exercise to improve their quality of life. His approach to training uses his educational background of functional anatomy to teach clients about body awareness and the proper way to strength train, even when they have health considerations that can make exercise seem like a daunting task.

Sean loves practicing powerlifting and kickboxing. He also enjoys artistic hobbies such as painting science fiction miniatures, building models, and drawing comics.
