She specializes in strength and conditioning workouts for members of all ages and skill levels. Alisanne also enjoys working with those new to fitness and are looking to find confidence both in and out of the gym. She helps her clients develop a lifelong passion for fitness and healthy living to create a better quality of life.

I did 114 consecutive push-ups in the Presidential Fitness Test in fifth grade and broke the standing record!

Why did you go into Personal Training?
Growing up, I wanted to be a teacher, and I was always highly active. As I got older, exercise became part of my daily routine, and I enjoyed learning more about the science and practice of health and fitness. Even more so, I loved sharing that knowledge to help others make fitness and exercise a part of their routine as well.
