Fun Fact:
I am a lifelong sports enthusiast and have played a multitude of organized sports since grade school. I have played competitive Dek Hockey since I was 15, which is my favorite sport. I have also trained and competed in a USA Powerlifting meet, studied judo, and competed in an official meet.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
I have been interested in weight/resistance training since I was 16 as a means of building strength for competitive sports. I also enjoy the teaching/coaching aspect of training and helping people meet and exceed their fitness and sports goals. That initial interest caused me to pursue a fitness/athletic development career by enrolling in Temple’s Exercise Science Program.

Some people enjoy exercising. I was not one of them until I started training with Victor. My training sessions with Victor seem to fly by. Since I am a senior citizen, Victor asks me how I am feeling each day before each session. He then tailors our session to accommodate what I am capable of doing that particular day. Victor is also knowledgeable about sports. So if you are a sports fan, Victor is the trainer for you. He also knows a lot about old movies and can give you good recommendations if you ask him. Since training with Victor, my balance is much better and so is my muscle strength. All in all, my physical capabilities are much better since training with Victor. All I can say is that Victor is the “best” trainer ever.

I’ve been training with Victor for about a year, and he’s helped me improve balance, core strength, and overall fitness—despite my history of back surgery and knee replacements. He tailors each session to my needs and always finds ways to address problem areas, like easing neck pain. Victor is knowledgeable, patient, and skillful, making every workout both effective and fun.
