Some people enjoy exercising. I was not one of them until I started training with Victor. My training sessions with Victor seem to fly by. Since I am a senior citizen, Victor asks me how I am feeling each day before each session. He then tailors our session to accommodate what I am capable of doing that particular day. Victor is also knowledgeable about sports. So if you are a sports fan, Victor is the trainer for you. He also knows a lot about old movies and can give you good recommendations if you ask him. Since training with Victor, my balance is much better and so is my muscle strength. All in all, my physical capabilities are much better since training with Victor. All I can say is that Victor is the “best” trainer ever.
