Why did you go into Personal Training?
I got into personal training because during my time in school, when I was struggling to find a long-term career, working out was always the one activity that brought me peace. I realized over time that my passion for fitness was growing, and I began to understand how important it was for me to stay healthy and help others become as healthy as they can too.
