I asked for a trainer to help me build core strength as I kept straining my leg muscles running. I was paired with Chris. His workouts have me back running, and I feel like I am in great shape. We work hard for an hour twice a week, and everything has been targeted to help me with my running. The workouts change each week. He is funny and has a great personality, so the hour goes by fast. I would recommend him without reservation.
