A few months ago, I began my fitness journey and met with Emilanne. I decided to commit to Personal Training sessions to learn how to exercise to get stronger and meet my goals safely. It was the best decision I’ve made for myself. She is a very positive and energetic person who is encouraging, motivating, and very thorough with her explanations to demonstrate proper technique and form. She pushes you just enough and cheers you on along the way. I feel so much stronger and am on a good path! Emilanne has also been very flexible with scheduling as I’ve needed to switch sessions around due to my work. I highly recommend Emilanne!
