*All classes both in-club and virtual, require reservations to attend. To reserve your in-club spot use your member portal Empower M.E, and your virtual spot through the Virtual Fitness Platform.

Please be sure to be on time, both in-club and virtual. For virtual classes, you will not be able to join once the ZOOM streaming has started.
