Tina is great! She introduced me to a large variety of equipment and techniques that worked my major muscle groups. Session after session, Tina challenged me to push myself a little bit more. Week after week, I could tell I was getting stronger (arms, legs, and core), which further motivated me to work harder. I felt terrific when my clothes went from being too snug to being lose! And through it all, Tina was my biggest cheerleader– even more than my family! Thanks, Tina!
