I would like to give big thanks to Trainer Lisa! During this past year, she helped me become healthier and encouraged me along my fitness journey. When I started training, I wasn’t able to do the treadmill for eight minutes. Now, I am able to go 30 minutes on there! My blood pressure dropped to normal range. Lisa motivated me to stay committed. She listened and provided exercises to help strengthen my knees, arms, and core. I am stronger, have better endurance, and more energy. Plus, I feel a lot better about myself. I could not have done this without Lisa!
