Andrew helped supervise my body as it grew into itself. He helped strengthen my muscles as I stopped growing. Now, he helps me maintain my muscles as I play squash at University of Pennsylvania. I started working with Andrew at a young age of 14 years while going through puberty. He created a specific workout he knew would allow my body to grow and build muscle simultaneously. I began to play squash at 15 years old. My workouts transformed to target the specific muscles used during squash to help me excel. I was able to become one of the top 10 squash players in the country in just four years, largely because Andrew gave me the physical advantage others did not have. Also, he helped me through the one serious injury I had in my squash career by creating a post-rehabilitative fitness program I never before saw. My bad hips were quickly helped by the obscure exercises for my lower back and legs, along with deep stretches, which Andrew recommended. I was back on the court before my doctor predicted. And, it didn’t take long to return to playing 100 percent. With Andrew’s expertise, he creates individually tailored workouts to help clients reach their fitness goals. I would not be where I am today without Andrew.
