I loved the special the Center ran when I joined: three free training sessions. I wasn’t sure I’d use them though. I had been working out for seven years. I knew what I was doing, right? After a year off from fitness, I decided to try personal training. I’m glad I did! I met with Kurt who was very professional. He took time to get to know me and personalize a fitness routine accordingly. Kurt introduced me to fitness equipment I never knew existed. He shared many new ideas and routines. It was great! Kurt made getting back to exercise exciting. Every time I left the Center, I was anxious to return. I was sore, but in a good way. Kurt is motivating. He cheers you through some really tough moves to keep you going. He is a huge asset to the Center. Those who have him as a trainer are fortunate.
