Saturdays, 1:00pm-1:45pm – Kids Boot Camp in Studio 2
A Youth Conditioning class designed to learn proper techniques and develop overall speed and agility.

Sundays, 1:00pm-1:45pm – Kids “Have a Ball” in Studio 2
Calisthenics using different sized exercise balls while adding fun team activities.
