Congratulations to Michelle Kraus, Main Line Health Fitness & Wellness Center’s Personal Trainer of the Month for January 2017!

Bio:

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Temple University. She earned her personal training and sports nutrition certifications from SCW. She is also a certified personal trainer through the Tolbert Sports Institute, and a certified cycle instructor through MOi Cycle, LLC. Michelle is a member of the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers.

Whether training for improved sport performance or to achieve weight loss goals, Michelle customizes effective, efficient fitness programs. She incorporates weightlifting in her strength training routines. To keep it exciting, she often adds boxing and kickboxing elements to her sessions. Her background in sports nutrition allows Michelle to suggest foods to enhance fitness outcomes.

Michelle helps her clients best care for themselves through an active, fit lifestyle. She works with the fitness manager to ensure each member’s visit to the Fitness Floor exceeds expectations.
