Kyle Nelson, MD
Non-Invasive Cardiology
Dr. Nelson is a clinical cardiologist with expertise in all aspects of noninvasive cardiology, including the prevention and treatment of coronary artery disease, hypertension and cholesterol disorders and the management of valvular heart disease, abnormal heart rhythms, and heart failure. Dr. Nelson completed his training in cardiovascular disease at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City where he served as chief fellow. He is trained in diagnostic imaging modalities, including echocardiography, cardiac CT angiography, and nuclear stress testing. Dr. Nelson has published in journals and textbooks, such as the Journal of the American College of Cardiology (JACC), JACC Cardiovascular Imaging, and Fuster and Hurst’s The Heart. In addition to his general cardiology practice, he has a special interest in the cardiovascular care of athletes and highly active individuals.
