Bri is positively the best Personal Trainer. I look forward to each session because she doesn’t follow the same routine. She enthusiastically keeps our hour chock-full of different exercises for stretching, strength, and balance. With her encouragement and guidance, I am getting stronger and increasing the weight I train with. She maintains focus on me using the proper form as I do each exercise so I get the best results without pain. It’s work, dedication, focus, and fun — and I am so thankful that we get to do it together.
