I first started working with Anthony after watching him work with others at the gym. I’ve worked out my entire life, so I didn’t really think I needed a trainer. That said, I was experiencing some lower back pain from sitting long hours at work. Anthony helped me address the issues and recommended several exercises and stretching to help alleviate my back pain. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first, but I quickly realized that Anthony has a true gift for listening, understanding, and suggesting ways to mitigate my pain points. After a few weeks, not only has my back pain subsided, but Anthony also took the time to prepare several workout routines for me to use as I progressed. I am very thankful for having Anthony as my Personal Trainer and would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their quality of life.
