Bri is a fantastic trainer. She has properly taught me how to exercise safely to achieve the best results for my needs. She is careful about the limitations I have due to arthritis. She encourages me to pay attention to what I am doing and not push myself beyond my limits. I feel she honestly makes the best program for my needs and truly cares for my well-being. I have learned not only the movements from Bri but also the why of how each exercise improves the body. She helps me understand what I am doing. Through her, my confidence has grown, as has my muscle tone.
