At 51, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was overweight, inflammation was obvious all over, I worked 12 hours a day in a high-stress job, and I knew in my heart the only way I could avoid hearing a cancer diagnosis again was to take control of my health, but I knew I wouldn’t hold myself responsible on my own. I had no idea how to build muscle. I knew I needed help. And the cosmos connected me with Gina.
Gina meets me exactly where I’m at. She is equal parts structured, knowledgeable, motivating, and kind. I want to push myself when I’m with Gina. She is the accountability partner I need. I show up for me when I show up for her.
Gina is incredibly knowledgeable but shows up with no pretense. I always feel like I’m in capable hands. Gina is not an over-the-top cheerleader. I know she believes in me and what I’m capable of. Gina consistently checks in on my nutrition and the movement I’m doing outside of our sessions. We talk about recipes a lot! It’s clear she cares about me and my health.
Consistency is the name of the game with Gina, lifelong consistency. I’m stronger, more confident, and healthier because Gina is part of my weekly routine, and I’m grateful to her every day.
