After seeing the results my husband achieved with sustained muscle mass, improved functional movement, and reduced visceral fat, I started working out with Gina a few years ago. Gina takes time to tailor my full-body workouts that push my capabilities in both a safe and habit-forming way. She is very good at ensuring I remain in proper form to avoid injury and for proper muscle activation. She keeps our workouts interesting by including a variety of new movements, so no workout seems mundane. Gina is good about asking questions during the workout to gauge weight selection, movement types, and muscle fatigue for a successful workout.
