When I started training with Hannah, I was weaker than I had ever been. At 66, after undergoing two major surgeries, a mastectomy and DIEP flap surgery, I lacked confidence in my balance and strength. I was afraid to walk my dog in case he pulled me over, and I couldn’t even step onto a small stool without fear of falling.

After working with Hannah, I am now stronger than I was before my cancer surgery. Hannah is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely fun to work with. She listens carefully and adjusts each workout to address my specific weaknesses. I can’t thank Hannah enough for her dedication and commitment to my progress.
