I’m in my second year of training with Hannah, and my skeletal muscle mass and body fat percentage remain in the optimal range according to InBody testing! This is very important to me as I age. We also work on strengthening my back and surrounding muscles to help keep me pain-free from aging disc degeneration, which is of utmost importance. Hannah mixes up the routines to keep them interesting and effective, and time goes by quickly because she is so great to work with. I highly recommend Hannah as a trainer.
