Dana re-taught me how to use fitness equipment safely and effectively—adjusting settings, improving alignment, and pacing my workouts. She also introduced me to new tools like TRX and the Skill Mill, which made training both fun and challenging. I started out worried I couldn’t keep up, but Dana let me move at my own pace while keeping me safe and motivated. After 16 sessions, I’ve learned so much and highly recommend her as a trainer.
