Anthony was referred to me when I first joined the Center. The first thing he asked me about was my goals. Then, he constructed workouts that helped me strengthen my core, work on balance, and then dial in to focus on my skiing and golf activity.

Because I live in two places, Anthony constructs workouts via video and at the Center when I am on the East Coast. I am fortunate to be able to swim in both places where I live to get additional cardio workouts. Lastly, having a good relationship with your Personal Trainer is essential. Anthony is a fun guy.
